Who are Speedy Logistics Ltd?
We are one of the the UK’s most efficient same day express delivery company.We specialise in providing you with fast and dedicated same day courier and delivery solutions. We collect and delivery nationwide across the UK and into parts of Europe.
Can I receive a quote and book online?
Yes, just visit our instant quotations page to request a quote. You will be required to provide correct postcodes or town names for both collection and delivery points. We will not be able to process your quotation without collection AND delivery information. If you are unsure of the full postcodes, please contact us on 0800 133 7811
Can I call you to book a same day courier?
Of course. Our customer services team provide dedicated quotation lines. There is no pressure to book once you’ve received your quotation and you may request your quotation price via email. Just call 0800 133 7811.
Are you able to make multiple drops from one collection point?
Yes we can, for a bespoke same day multi drop service, please call us on 0800 133 7811
Which method of payments do you accept?
All our payments are processed through SagePay or PayPal, this means we are able to accept all major credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Visa and Visa Debit.
Do I need to apply for an account to book a same day courier?
We pride ourselves on being available for instant no ties bookings. You don’t require an account to book. If you are interested in making regular bookings, you may wish to register for an account, please visit our accounts page to download an application.
Should I open an account?
Registering an account with us is quick and easy and helps you to minimise the length of time spent on booking future express collections with us. To apply for an account please go to our accounts page to download an application.
Do you deliver anywhere in the UK?
We can deliver your important express deliveries across the UK mainland and parts of Europe.
How should I package my items?
We prefer all goods to be well packaged and sharp edges should be protected appropriately, this will reduce the risk of damage to any item sent during transit.
How secure will my goods be?
We take pride in ensuring all our express deliveries are looked after just the same as you would. The driver who collects your consignment will be the same driver who makes sure the goods arrive safely at the delivery address. We don’t pass your goods between vehicles.
Will you let me know when my goods are delivered?
Yes, we will email record of every delivery which includes who signed for the delivery of your goods and when.
Do I need to tell you the size of the goods for delivery?
When you request a quotation it is important to tell our customer services staff exactly what size and weight you wish us to carry. We will then make sure we send the correct sized vehicle for the job. Each vehicle has a limit in size and weight they can carry. Our staff are able to advise you of this at the time of booking. Are you able to transport any goods?
We are able to deliver most items due to the nature of a same day dedicated delivery, naturally there are some items that we cannot transport for obvious reasons, please check our prohibited and restricted items page for more information.
